Important: nobody makes a single cent from this meet. All fees purely cover our costs. Museum admission prices are passed on 1:1, exactly as we pay them ourselves. The base fee of €35 per vehicle funds the trophies for our award ceremony and your participant pack: a lovingly assembled event folder with everything you need to know, exclusive Phaeton Meet 2026 stickers – and one or two surprises we won't spoil just yet. All paid extras are per person, not per vehicle.
